The firm is led by Managing Partner Vikas Singh, who brings over 19 years of experience in automotive consulting, audit, risk, controls and business transformation, gained at firms including PwC, KPMG and Genpact.
Our view is simple. Audit methodology is sound, but the instruments have not kept pace. A small sample, examined weeks after the event, cannot tell management what is happening inside the business. So our in-house IT team builds the tools our consultants work with, including Verigence, our AI-based platform. Consulting is the work. Technology is how we do it properly.

We are consultants. But we would not run a modern practice on instruments built for sampling, so our in-house IT team builds our own. The judgement is still ours. The reading, reconciling and flagging is done by the platform.
Dealer margin is rarely lost in one place. It erodes deal by deal, through discounts outside the approval matrix, unapproved schemes, receipts that do not reconcile and commitments that surface only at settlement.
Verigence is our AI-based audit platform for automotive dealer sales. It examines each deal at transaction level and raises the exceptions for a JBR consultant to verify, bringing transparency, control and accountability to dealership operations.
JBR has an in-house IT team focused on building technology-driven solutions for the automotive sector. Verigence is designed, built and maintained by that team, around the way dealerships actually work.
Document Intelligence
Evidence arrives as photographs, scans and PDFs: booking forms, receipts, invoices, payment records and delivery documents. The platform reads them and extracts the figures that matter, together with the text it read them from. No re-keying.
Exception Detection at Transaction Level
Instead of relying on a sample, transactions are tested against policies, approval matrices and business rules. Deviations surface for human review with the reason attached, classified by risk and materiality.
Automated Reconciliation
Records are reconciled across the dealer management system (DMS), the accounts, the bank and the OEM. Where they disagree, the discrepancy becomes a finding with its source document attached.
Insight, Not Just Exceptions
Patterns across outlets, periods and people: which locations drift, which controls are routinely overridden, where the same weakness recurs. Findings tell you what happened. The analysis shows why it keeps happening.
Operating Efficiency, Measured
